FORT FAIRFIELD – Donald A. Clark, 76, died Dec. 8, 2004 at the Maine Veterans’ Home in Caribou. He was born July 17, 1928 at Royal Oak, Mich., the son of Fred A. and Edith M. (Campbell) Clark. Donald served in the US Army during World War II. He worked for 12 years as a salesman for Carroll’s Auto Sales, was a member of the Fort Fairfield Fish & Game Club, the Fort Fairfield American Legion, and the Ford 500 Club. He is survived by his wife, Sharon J. (Bonner) Clark of Fort Fairfield; two daughters, Charlene O’Hora and her husband of Standish, Bonnie Clark of Veazie; three step-daughters, Margaret Plaisted and her husband, John, of Farmers Branch, Texas, Debra Harmon and her husband, Mike, of Bridgton, Paula Hughes of Destin, Fla.; seven grandchildren; one great-grandchild; one sister Norma Dornfried and her husband, John, of E. Berlin, Conn. A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
