DORA M. TASH CHESTER – Dora M. Tash, 80, wife of the late Shelton Tash Sr., passed away April 17, 2008, at a Lincoln hospital. She was born Jan. 14, 1928, in Chester, the daughter of Pearl and Olive (Ireland) Davis. Dora worked for Forster Manufacturing Co., Inc. for 25 years. She loved knitting, crocheting and fishing. She is survived by five children, Darrell Tash of Chester, Terry Tash of Korea, Aloma Voisine of Chester, Carroll Tash of Lincoln and Preston Tash of Hartland; two brothers, Carlton Davis and Freeman Davis, both of Chester; a sister, Kathleen Terrio of Howland; many, many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Friends may call 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday at Clay Funeral Home, 7 Lee Road, Lincoln. Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home with the Rev. Wayne Perry officiating. Interment will be at South Chester Cemetery, at a later date.
