DEXTER – Doreen D. Levensalor, 73, died Jan. 15, 2006, at her home in Dexter. She was born Nov. 7, 1932, in St. Albans, daughter of Olon and Augusta (Neal) Rowe. She worked as an inspector at Dexter Shoe Company for many years. She was a member of the Shirley B. Carter VFW Auxiliary in Dexter. She was very outgoing and high spirited and was an avid Beano player and dancer. She enjoyed attending services at the Dexter Pentecostal Church. She was a very loving wife and mother and took good care of her family. She was talented at making clothes, mittens, hats and crafts for her family and friends. She was predeceased by her husband, Thomas A. Levensalor in 1987. She is survived by four sons and their wives, Thomas and Donna Levensalor of Manchester, N.H., Terry and Angela Levensalor of Dexter, Timothy and Jerilyn Levensalor of Sangerville, Toby Levensalor and his fiance, Crystal Billington, of Dexter; a daughter, Tina Churchell and her companion, Ken, of Candia, N.H.; a brother, Maynard and his wife, Fran Rowe, of Naples, Fla.; a sister, Delores and her husband, Hap O’Brian, of Dover-Foxcroft; eight grandchildren, Shelby Churchell, Bobbie Joe, Anthony Thomas, Melissa L., Thomas L. II, Daniel A., Andrew O. and Tristen B. Levensalor; three great-grandchildren, Emily, Tommy, and Julia; nieces and nephews. Friends and family may call 2-4 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 18, at Crosby & Neal, 61 Main St., in Dexter. At her request there will be no public funeral service.
