MACHIAS – Edgar Hall, 68, died Feb. 27, 2007, after a brief illness. He was born July 4, 1938, in Machias, the son of Harvey and Florence (Ellsmore) Hall. He graduated from Machias High School in 1956. He then joined the U.S. Air Force and served for four years. He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Susie; three sisters, Ida Cates and her husband, Bud, of Cutler, Elsie Nason of Columbia Falls and Arlene Seavey of East Machias; one brother, Shirley Hall of Hermon; three sons and their wives, Michael and Kelly Hall of Bradford, Eddie and Teresa Hall of Machiasport, Donnie and Karen Hall of Plymouth; many special children and grandchildren, Dustin Allan, Ashlee Rai Dawn, Cooper Allan, Addison Ethel Rose, Chase, Luke, Gage, Tess, Jeremy, Lucas and Kegen. There will be a celebration of Edgar’s life in July, to be announced at a later date.
