LUCERNE and BREWER -Edward C. Lunt, 88, died Sept. 1, 2004, at an Ellsworth healthcare facility. He was born Oct. 9, 1915, in Brewer, the son of Joseph and Hazel (Annis) Lunt. Friends may call from 5-7 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 4, 2004, at Brookings-Smith, Clark-Piper Chapel, 55 South Main St., Brewer, where a funeral service will be held 3 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 5, with the Rev. Dr. Robert Crofthwaite, pastor of the Faith Community Fellowship of Ellsworth. A complete obituary will be published in Saturday’s edition of the Bangor Daily News.
