PRESQUE ISLE – Elden S. Neddeau, 99, died March 29, 2004, at a Presque Isle hospital. He was born March 22, 1905, in Mapleton, the son of William and Flora (Brennan) Neddeau. He is survived by two daughters, Anna Palmer of Madawaska and Betty Higgins of Presque Isle; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife, Frances (Smith) Neddeau; and two grandsons, Andrew and John Palmer. A graveside memorial service will be held later in the spring. Arrangements are in the care of the Duncan-Graves Funeral Home in Presque Isle.
