HOLDEN and BANGOR – Funeral services for Ellen E. Jewell will be held 10 a.m. Monday, Sept. 24, at Brookings-Smith, 133 Center St., Bangor, with the Rev. Dr. Rex Garrett, Director of Chaplaincy Service of Eastern Maine Medical Center, officiating. Interment will be Tuesday, Sept. 25, at the Maine Veterans’ Cemetery, Augusta.
