HAMPDEN – Fannie I. Johnson, LPN, 95, passed away peacefully April 14, 2007, at a Brewer health care facility. She was born June 11, 1911, in Kenduskeag, the daughter of Edward and Mabel (Berry) Johnson. Miss Johnson had lived in Hampden most of her life and was a graduate of Hampden Academy. She worked at Eastern Maine General Hospital as a LPN for many years. Miss Johnson is survived by her half brother, Ambrose B. and his wife, Rita Farnum; and a nephew, Stephen D. Farnum, all of Bangor. Miss Johnson was predeceased by her half brother, Ralph R. Hurd; and a half sister, Elsie E. Hurd. A graveside service will be held later in the spring at Evergreen Cemetery, Corinth.
