FERN LUCY PIPER LOWER KNOXFORD, New Brunswick – Fern L. Piper, 68, passed away Friday, Oct. 24, 2003, at the Hotel-Dieu St. Joseph Hospital, Perth-Andover, New Brunswick. She was born in E-Plantation, the daughter of the late Lester and Evelyn (Flewelling) Dyer. She is survived by her husband, Rev. Garth Piper; stepsons, Ronald Piper (Landi) and Donald Piper, all of Knoxford, New Brunswick; stepdaughter, Wanda Lockhart (Douglas) of Bristol, New Brunswick; daughter-in-law, Darlene Piper of Knoxford, N.B. and seven grandchildren. She was predeceased by her brother, Lester Jr. The family will receive visitors at the Bethel International Church, Fielding, N.B., Saturday, 7-9 p.m. and Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Monday from the church with the Rev Paul Legere officiating. Following the service, interment will take place in the Lower Knoxford Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial tributes made to the Bethel International Church would be appreciated by the family.
