ASHLAND and VEAZIE – A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 2, at St. John’s Catholic Church, York Street, Bangor. Relatives and friends are invited to share conversation and refreshments and celebrate Floyd’s life directly after the service at the Brookings-Smith Family Center, 163 Center St., Bangor. Interment with military honors will be held 9 a.m. Monday, Dec. 4, at the Maine Veterans’ Memorial Cemetery, Mount Vernon Road, Augusta.
