MOOSE RIVER – Forest Joseph O’Brien, 91, died Thursday Feb. 1, 2007, at Jackman Region Health Center, where he had been a resident for several years. He was born Nov. 28, 1915, in Moose River, the son of Joseph and Elizabeth (Hinds) O’Brien. Brick married Madeline Rose Pease, Dec. 27, 1937, in Jackman. He was employed by Quimby Veneer Mill of Bingham for 30 years. Brick was a resident of the Moose River/Jackman area for most of his life. He was a member of the Sabastian Rasle Council Knights of Columbus and a communicant of St. Anthony’s Catholic Church in Jackman. He was predeceased by his wife, Madeline Rose (Pease) O’Brien; and his son, Shawn O’Brien. He is survived by several nieces and nephews. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church, Jackman. Interment will be at St. Anthony’s Cemetery later in the spring, the date and time will be announced.
