COLUMBIA – Frank Seavey, 64, died at his home in Columbia following a long battle with cancer. He was born March 22, 1939, at Columbia, the son of Harry and Corris (Grant) Seavey. He is survived by his wife, Chryle Ann Seavey of Columbia; two sons, Jason Seavey and his wife, Bobbie-Jo, of Ellsworth and Eric Seavey of Columbia; three special granddaughters, Haley, Addreanna and Makayla of Ellsworth; two special sisters, Lula Myrick and Dorothy Reynolds, both of Columbia; four brothers, Hollis and his wife, Anita, of Columbia, Maurice and Kathleen of Milbridge, Robert and Kathy of Harrington and Earl of Harrington; three sisters, Delia Reynolds of Milbridge, Edna and her husband, Carroll Pinkham, of Manset, and Clara Nash of Bangor; a half sister, Margaret Butler and her husband, Ernest, of Franklin; a special niece, Lois and her husband, Everett Potter, of Gouldsboro; many other nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 11, 2003, at Forest Hill Cemetery, Harrington, with Pastor Carl Dumont officiating. At his request there will be no visiting hours. In lieu of flowers it was Frank’s wish that memorial contributions be made to Cancer Care of Maine, 489 State St., Bangor, ME 04401. Arrangements are in care of Bragdon-Kelley-Campbell Funeral Home, Milbridge.
