PARKMAN – Georgia F. Perkins, 93, died March 22, 2006, at Hibbard Nursing Home in Dover-Foxcroft. She was born Sept. 25, 1912, in Sullivan, daughter of Leroy and Ollie (White) Stover. She worked at Hardwood Products in Guilford for many years. She enjoyed making jewelry from stones that she polished and was a member of the United Maine Craftsmen. She was a member of the Parkman Grange, was active as a Cub Scout leader, loved gardening and her cats. She is survived by a daughter and her husband, Sandra and Marvin Taylor of Guilford; two sons and their wives, Craig and Marjorie Perkins of Michigan and Leroy and Diana Perkins of Waterville; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Byron Perkins in 1989; two brothers, Leonard Stover and Frank Trundy; a sister, Kathleen Hunt. The family would like to express their appreciation to the neighbors who cared for her and to the staff at Hibbard Nursing Home.
