BANGOR – Funeral Services for Gertrude “Honey” (Wood) Allen, will be held 11 a.m. Monday, March 21, 2005, at Brookings-Smith, 133 Center St., Bangor, with the Rev. Robert T. Carlson, Chaplain Penobscot County Sheriff’s Office, officiating. Friends may call from 10 a.m. until time of service. Interment will be in Mount Hope Cemetery, Bangor. Relatives and friends are invited to share conversation and refreshments at the Brookings-Smith Family Center, 163 Center St., Bangor, immediately following the services.
