PROSPECT – Giovannina “Jennie” Webster, beloved mother, grandmother and aunt, passed away on May 19, 2004, at a Bangor healthcare facility. She was born May 30, 1925, in New York City. Jennie met the love of her life and husband of 53 years in Coney Island, N.Y. during World War II. A handsome young sailor from Searsport, Robert E. Webster Jr. Jennie lived her life for her family and friends. Always caring and forever loving. She is survived by three sons, Robert Jr. and his wife, Cathy, of Saco, Paul and his wife, Cora, of Verona Island, Tim and his fianc_, Christine, of Prospect; seven grandchildren: Paula, Scott, Christopher, Kelley, Andrew, Jason and Brian; two step-grandchildren: Chad and Travis Saunders; six great-grandchildren, Sierra, Dustin, Kevin, Benjamin, Zachery, Alisha; four step-great-grandchildren, Taylor, Kasey, Tori and Spencer; three very special nieces, Lois Simpson, Angela Aiello and Mary McCarthy; three special sisters-in-law, Dodie Webster, Joann Bridges and Nancy Webster. Jennie also leaves many nieces and nephews from Florida to Maine. She was predeceased by her parents, her husband, Robert Sr.; five brothers and sisters; and many in-laws and friends. She leaves this world one day after the anniversary of her husband Robert’s 78th Birthday. “Forever in Love on Earth” “Eternally in Love in Heaven”. Graveside services will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, May 22, at Maple Grove Cemetery in Prospect. Arrangements are under the care of the Crabiel-Riposta Funeral Home, 182 Waldo Ave., Belfast.
