EAST WINN – Gregory W. Jimmo, 46, husband of Christina (Sibley) Jimmo, died May 13, 2004, at a Lincoln hospital. He was born July 2, 1957, in Lincoln, the son of Sidney and Kathleen (Whittier) Jimmo. In life, Greg enjoyed spending time with his family and spending time in the great outdoors. Never an avid hunter or fisherman, he preferred to observe and enjoy nature. His leisure time was filled with four-wheeling and playing with his children. He was happiest when surrounded by friends and family. In addition to his wife, Christina, he is survived by three children, Corey of Bangor, Kelsey of Winn and Heather of Portland; three step-daughters, Jessica, Kaitlynn and Elizabeth, all of Winn; two sisters, Karen Crommett of Gorham and Kim Jacobs of Millinocket; a brother, Terry Whittier of Macwahoc; his step-mother, Jeannette Jimmo of Woodstock, Conn.; several nieces and nephews. Greg was cherished and respected by all who knew him, and by those of us who were closest to him and loved him. He will be sorely missed always. Friends may call from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Monday at the Clay Funeral Home, 7 Lee Road, Lincoln. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, with the Rev.
