ELLSWORTH – Helen A. Goodrich, 85, died July 27, 2008, at a Bangor hospital. She was born March 22, 1923, in North Brooklin, the daughter of George and Katherine (Gray) Giles. Helen is survived by two sons, Gary Goodrich and wife, Alice and Albert Goodrich and wife, Lorrie; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren, all of Ellsworth. She was predeceased by her husband, Pearley Goodrich; two brothers, George and Gerald; and two sisters, Margaret Milliken and Clara Patten. Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Thursday, July 31, at Jordan-Fernald, 113 Franklin St., Ellsworth, with Pastor James F. Heard presiding. Interment will be at Woodbine Cemetery, Ellsworth.
