ORONO and BANGOR – A funeral service for Helen Alice (DeCesere) Gilbert, will be held 11 a.m. Friday, at Brookings-Smith, 133 Center St, Bangor with the Rev. Dr. Rex H. Garrett Jr., director of Chaplaincy Services at EMMC officiating. Interment will be in Mount Hope Cemetery, Bangor. The family invites relatives and friends to share conversation and refreshments at the Brookings-Smith Family Center following the services.
