WALTHAM – Helen E. Jordan-Lymburner died Jan. 2 2007, at a Bangor hospital after a brief illness with cancer. She was born Jan. 18 1944, in Bangor, the daughter of Ervin W. Googins and Margaret E. Googins Hunt. Helen attended Eastbrook schools and graduated from Ellsworth High School, Class of 1962. After the children started school, Helen worked for her brother-in-law at Jordan’s Snack Bar and Wayside Grocery with sister, Rachel. She recently worked for the First National Bank of Bar Harbor in Ellsworth, retiring in 2006 after 18 years of service. Helen was predeceased by her first husband, Russell Jordan; her father, Ervin Googins; and nephew, James Welch. She is survived by her husband, Delmont of Waltham; two children, Kimberly of Waltham and Alan of Chesapeake, Va.; mother, Margaret “Peggy” Hunt of Franklin; two stepchildren, Jo Dee Lymburner of Brooklyn, N.Y., and Kassandra and her husband, Tom Macy, of North Port, Fla.; two sisters, Rachel and her husband, George Crawford, of Lamoine and Katherine and her husband, Carroll Voisine, of Fort Myers, Fla.; half brother, Thomas Hunt of Boscawen, N.H.; niece, Carolyn Sibelius; and nephew, John Welch. She will be sadly missed by many other relatives and friends. Friends may call 6-8 p.m. Friday, Jan 5, at Bragdon-Kelley-Campbell Funeral Home, 215 Main St., Ellsworth, where funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 6.
