ST. AGATHA and TEXAS Helen Sirois, 52, of Moore, Texas, formerly of St. Agatha, passed away peacefully Sunday, June 5, 2005, following a short brave battle with cancer, at The Pearsol Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility in Texas. Helen was born March 6, 1953, the daughter of Maurice and Winnie Sirois, longtime St. Agatha residents. In addition to her parents, Maurice and Winnie, she is survived by a daughter, Tammy (Albert) Michaud of Presque Isle; and a son, Todd Albert of Connecticut; her sister, Jacki (Sirois) Daigle and her husband, Joel, of Jupiter, Fla.; two brothers, Paul Emile and his wife, Mary, of Connecticut and Harold Sirois of Madawaska. She is also survived by two very special grandchildren, Derek and Jordan; numerous nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles; Helen’s loyal, loving and devoted companion of 10 years, Clarence Morin of Moore, Texas; as well as special friends, both near and far. She was predeceased by her two brothers, Camille and Marcel; her paternal grandparents, Denis and Mary Sirois; and her maternal grandmother, Helene Chasse. The Rev. Phil Cyr will officiate Helen’s memorial service 10 a.m. Aug. 6, at the St. Agatha Catholic Church, followed by the interment of her ashes at the St. Agatha “lower” Cemetery.
