CARIBOU – Henry Patterson, 85, husband of Natalie (Page) Patterson, died May 26, 2004, at a Caribou healthcare facility. He was born Oct. 17, 1918, at Caribou, the son of George W. and Eliza (Brown) Patterson. He served with the U.S. Army during World War II. Henry was employed by several area farmers for many years and was a dedicated and hard worker. He was a member of the Henry B. Pratt Post No. 15 American Legion. Henry was a loving and devoted husband and father to his family. Surviving in addition to his wife, Natalie of Caribou, are two sons and daughters-in-law, Lawrence and Brenda Patterson of Fort Fairfield, and Frederick and Faith Patterson of Caribou; two daughters and sons-in-law, Debra and Maynard Dickinson and Natalie and Philip Deveau, both of Caribou; one sister, Emma Theriault of Woodland; 15 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Friends may call 10 a.m. Friday, May 28, 2004, at the Mockler Funeral Home, 24 Reservoir St., Caribou, until time of services. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. from the chapel of the Mockler Funeral Home, with the Rev. Lynne Josselyn, pastor of the Gray Memorial United Methodist Church, officiating. Interment will take place in the Lyndon Cemetery, Caribou.
