BENTON – Ina M. Reardon passed away early Wednesday morning, May 24, 2006, at home with her husband, John by her side after a long illness. She was born April 16, 1926, in Orient, the daughter of Cecil and Mildred (Foster) Peters. Ina graduated from Lee Academy, Class of 1943. On Oct. 11, 1958, she married John M. Reardon and together shared 47 wonderful years. She was a gifted musician and excelled at singing. She also enjoyed the arts and gardening. Ina was predeceased by her parents, Cecil and Mildred Peters; her brother, Wendell Peters; and a sister, Madeline Faulkner. She will be sadly missed by her loving husband, John M. Reardon; her children, Louis G. Stillman and his companion, Dianna Fernald, of Clinton, Sandra Tilton and her husband, Dale, of Sidney and John R. Reardon and his wife, Janie, of Benton; her aunt, Rheta Leeman of Woodstock, New Brunswick; her grandchildren, Luc, Michelle, Tracy, Lisa, Don, Scott, Jeffrey, Korey, Ian and Lilly; great-grandchildren, Kyle, Siera and Mckenzie; several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held 10 a.m.-noon with a funeral service starting noon Friday, May 26, at Lawry Brothers Funeral Home, 107 Main St., Fairfield. Burial will follow at Falls Cemetery in Benton.
