CARIBOU – Inez Mable McIntyre 64, passed this life Feb. 16, 2007, surrounded by her children, several family members and friends, at a Caribou hospital. She was born Aug. 19, 1942, in Presque Isle, the daughter of Clarence and Velma (Tompkins) Devoe. Inez is survived by one son and three daughters, Brenda Borra and her husband, Jim, of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, Reggie McIntyre and his wife, Kathy, of Presque Isle, Laurie McIntyre and Steve Tardie of Presque Isle and Lynn Easler and her husband, Dana, of Caribou; eight grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren; four brothers and a sister, Clarence Devoe and his wife, Phyllis, of Mapleton, Irvin Devoe and his wife, Connie, of Dexter, Donald Devoe and his wife, Donna, of Presque Isle, Hazel Case and her husband, Terry, of Perham and Bert Devoe of Presque Isle; several nieces, nephews and friends. She had a great love of animals and will be missed by her beloved pets, Pepper, Bandit and Spring. Predeceasing her, in addition her parents, are two sisters, Helen Downs and Genava Devoe.
