HILTON – James G. Sucy, 75, died Jan. 14, 2006. James was born in Old Town, and graduated from Old Town High School and the University of Maine. He served in the U.S. Navy on the Battleship U.S.S. New Jersey during the Korean War. He retired from Eastman Kodak in 1986, as manager of Education Market Services. He was active in Our Mother of Sorrows Church since 1957 and a former president of the Rochester Jaycees and the International Visual Literacy Association. Jim enjoyed traveling, photography and showing his 1950 Studebaker. He was predeceased by his wife, Anna; brother, Sharland. Survived by his children, Peter and his wife, Sandra, Sucy, Jennifer and her husband, Joe Ferraro, Douglas and his wife, Nancy, Sucy, Todd Sucy of San Francisco, Calif., John and his wife, Lisa White Sucy; brother, Michael Sucy of Maine; sister, Barbara and her husband, Fred, Payne of Nova Scotia; sister-in-law, Doris Sucy; 12 grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
