CARMEL – Memorial services for James and Helen Perkins will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 2, at Cornerstone Baptist Church, Exeter, with the Rev. Stanley Griffin officiating. Interment services will be held Aug. 6 in the family plot in Hannibal, N.Y.
