WESTON – Jean L. Austin, 71, passed on to the house of her Lord Jan. 6, 2008, surrounded by her loving family. Jean was born April 28, 1936, in Lincoln, the daughter of Lucille (Jellison) Pierce. Jean is survived by three sons, Clayton Jr. and his wife, Beverly, of Danforth, Earl Sr. and his friend, Laurie Richards, of Canaan and Lester and his wife, Julie, of Orient; seven grandchildren, David, Trina, Sheila, Earl Jr. “Bumby,” Todd, Kelly and John; eight great-grandchildren; a sister, Lora Romine; three brothers, Howard, Parker and Henry Pierce; a daughter-in-law, Shirley Voisine. Jean had a very special family that has taken care of her for the past three years, her special granddaughter, Sheila Kenyon and her husband, Mark; and Jean’s special great-grandson, Cleve-land. In addition to her mother, she was predeceased by her husband, Clayton Austin Sr., June 6, 1994; three children, Pamela, Jay and Ray; a sister, Roberta; and a brother, Robert.
