Nov. 30, 1959 – July 13, 2003 Missing your smile now for one whole year, and all of the nights without you near. The father to my children, my partner, and friend, all too soon and too young it would end. We talk about your love for people and engaging debates, and notice in our kids some of your traits. Lonely it is while I kayak without you, maybe the adage that time heals is true. But for now there’s still loneliness and sorrow, we’ll share more memories and stores tomorrow.
