HOULTON and STANDISH Jessica L. Nickerson, 24, died April 29, 2007, in Standish. She was born May 3, 1982, in Houlton, the daughter of Galen and Christine (Maher) Nickerson. She graduated from Hodgdon High School, in 2000 and was a student at Capilo Hair Studio. She is survived by her parents of Linneus; one son, Maddox James, 14 months old; one sister, Brandi and her husband, Cheyenne Polchies; one brother, Derek Nickerson and his fianc?e, Shanelle Dwyer, all of Linneus; maternal grandparents, Claudia and John Klauzenberg of Hodgdon, and William and Sam Maher of Killingworth, Conn.; paternal grandparents, Barbara Nickerson of Houlton, and Ronald and Nancy Henderson of Orient; great-grandmother, Helen Cunliffe of Houlton; two nieces, Monique Polchies and Kaydence Nickerson; several aunts and uncles; and one special great-aunt, Julie Hogan. She was predeceased by her grandparents, Dora and Charles Fitzpatrick, and Raymond Nickerson. Friends may call 6-8 p.m. Thursday, May 3, at Bowers Funeral Home, 10 Water St., Houlton, where funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Friday with the Rev. Wayne Robertson officiating.
