ISLAND FALLS – Jessie “Andy” Hunt, 90, died Sept. 14, 2007, in Houlton. She was born Sept. 17, 1916, in Dead Creek, New Brunswick, the daughter of Andrew and Edna (McMullin) Anderson. Andy was a registered nurse and worked at Milliken Memorial Hospital for many years. She is survived by two children, Royden and his wife, Mary Jane Hunt, of Island Falls and Rhonda Hunt of San Antonio; one granddaughter and three great-grandchildren; and one sister, Ethel Duncan. Friends may call 10-11 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 18, at Island Falls United Baptist Church, with funeral services being held 11 a.m. with the Rev. Dr. Gary Johnson officiating. Interment will be at Island Falls Cemetery. Arrangements by Bowers Funeral Home, Island Falls.
