SOUTH PORTLAND and BANGOR – John Franklin Cadman died unexpectedly Monday afternoon, Dec. 27, 2004, while working in So. Paris. He was born May 3, 1977, the son of Pam Gaudreau and John Cadman. John graduated from So. Portland High School and worked in the communication and banking industries. John was in the process of establishing his own communication company in the Bangor area at the time of his death. John had a great listening ear, a compassionate heart, and a laugh that was contagious. In January 2004, he met his “Sweetheart” and they married on Oct. 10, 2004. “Honey and Sweetheart” laughed a lot and everyone knew they belonged together. John is survived by his wife, Janel (Hersey) Cadman; mother, Pam Gaudreau; father and stepmother, John and Kathie Cadman; sister, Amanda; maternal grandparents, George Smith and Margaret Spencer; paternal grandmother, Gwen Cadman; nieces, Autumn, Christine, and Alexis; and countless other family members and friends who loved John dearly. Friends may call 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 29, 2004, at Weston-Chandler Funeral Home, 230 Main Street, Norway, and from 11-12 noon Friday, Dec. 31, at the Abundant Life Church, 1404 Broadway, Bangor, where a funeral service will be held at 12 noon with the Rev.
