OAKFIELD – Joseph P. Benotti, 66, died June 20, 2005, at a local hospital. He was born April 5, 1939, at Braintree, Mass., the son of Amelado P. and Nancy (Purpura) Benotti. He is survived by his wife, Irene K. Jackson of Oakfield; his son, John Peter Benotti of Virginia; his daughter, Megan Benotti of Tennessee; three grandchildren; one sister, Marianne McKittrick-Grant of Virginia; several nieces and nephews. Friends may call 2-4 p.m. Wednesday at the Dunn Funeral Home. Graveside services will be announced at a later date.
