CORINTH – Judith A. Hill, 58, the wife of Everett Hill, died July 24, 2006, at a Bangor hospital after an extended illness. She was born June 26, 1948, in Babylon, N.Y., the daughter of John and Jeanette (Merz) Walters Sr. She had worked as a manager in retail sales at the Walmart Store in Brewer until her illness. She was a former Girl Scout leader and especially enjoyed being with her family. Surviving in addition to her husband of Corinth are three children, Kristi Piniarski and her fiance, Kris Smith, of Orrington and his children, Courtney and Victoria, Donna Hill of Corinth and Melanie Piskun and her husband, Matt, and their children, Luke and Amanda, of Egg Harbor, N.J.; three stepdaughters, Linda Richards and her husband, Roger, and their family, of Bradford, Sandra Hill and Dusty Rhodes of Scarborough and Lori Townsend and her husband, Gilbert, and their family, of Corinth; a sister, Jane Hebberd of Daytona Beach, Fla.; a brother, John Walters Jr. and his wife, Mary, of New York; and a special niece, Bernadette Shields and husband, Kenneth, and their family, of Tampa, Fla. Graveside memorial services will be held 9 a.m. Thursday at the Corinthian Cemetery, Corinth, with the Rev. Edward Costain officiating. Arrangements are by the Thompson Funeral Home, 17 Hudson Rd., Corinth.
