ABBOT – Kenneth “Chuck” Rollins, 55, died July 31, 2005, at Mayo Regional Hospital in Dover-Foxcroft. He was born July 27, 1950, in Dover-Foxcroft, the son of Lawrence Rollins and Joanne (Albee) Rollins Priest. Chuck worked as an insurance agent in the area for many years. He also owned and operated the “Then & Now” barber shop in Sangerville, which was once owned by his grandfather. He is survived by his wife, Diane (Adams) Rollins of Abbot; a son, Clint and his wife, Tracey Rollins, of Poulsbo, Wash; two daughters, Sheva and her husband, Scott Anderson, of Dover-Foxcroft, Dayna and her husband, Mike Wells, of Hawaii; three sisters, Christine and her husband, Michael McKenney, of Rochester, N.H., Jeannie and her husband, Micky Knowles, of Abbot, Joannie and her husband, Craig Pulkkinen, of Jonesport; two brothers, Randy Rollins of Sebec and Rusty Rollins of Abbot; his mother and father-in-law, Alvin and Betty Adams of Abbot; a sister-in-law, Pam and her husband, Gary Doodeman, of Abbot; seven grandchildren, Amber, Rebecca and Jenna Anderson, Summer, Haley, and Chase Rollins, and Cooper Wells; his mother, Joanne and her husband, Peter Priest, of Abbot; his father, Lawrence Rollins of Sangerville. He will be missed by many friends, as well as his faithful companion, Belle. Graveside funeral services will be held 3 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 3, 2005, at the Village Cemetery in Sangerville, with Pastor Ray Beless officiating. A reception will follow at the Evangelical Free Church in Abbot. In lieu of flowers, those who wish may make donations to the Playground Fund, care of Guilford Town Office, P.O.
