HOULTON and PERRY – Kenneth Pottle, 87, passed away Jan. 29, 2006, at his residence in Houlton. He was born Aug. 7, 1918, in Calais, the son of Clarence and Blanche (Patterson) Pottle. Kenneth served in the U.S. Army in the European Theater during World War II. He was a former member of the VFW and American Legion. He is survived by his wife, Doris (Dudley) Pottle of Houlton; two sons, Malcolm Pottle of Millinocket and Herbert Pottle of Littleton; five grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; three nieces and two nephews. A graveside service will be held at the Dennysville Cemetery in the spring. Donations in his memory may be made to the American Cancer Society. Arrangements through Flagg Funeral Home, Eastport.
