MADAWASKA – Kenny Sirois, 16, passed away June 3, 2005, doing what he loved best, playing ball, and running a sprint with his identical twin brother, Mark. He was born July 20, 1988, in Bristol, Conn., the son of Vincent and Wendy (Knize) Sirois. He is survived by his parents; his brothers, Mark and Matthew; and sister, Lisa; and stepbrother, Daniel and his wife, Manuela (Kamm), and nieces, Leah and Lorena of Germany; great-grandmother, Eva (Deamon) Marsheski of Johnson City, N.Y.; grandparents, Roland and Marie Reine (Gervais) Sirois of St. David; grandparents, Kenneth and Barbara (Marsheski) Knize of Florida and Binghamton, N.Y.; numerous aunts and uncles and cousins, Evelyn Sirois of Conn., Louise Sirois and cousins, Tommie and Steven Cloutier of Arizona, Lisa Sirois and Philip of Texas, Donald Sirois of Florida, Mark and Emma Sirois and cousins, Lakota and Anika of Arizona, Andrew and Alisha and cousins, Tiara, Kaela and Jacob of California, Jeffrey Sirois of Connecticut, biological father, David Kucia of Connecticut, Joseph and Mary Ellen Kucia and cousin, Joseph of Connecticut, Greg and Kathie Loehr and cousin, Kaitlin, of Connecticut, Gordon and Laurie Knize and cousin, Michelle of Pennsylvania and cousin, Amanda of New York, Gary and Beth Knize and cousin, Reiley Bell of Pennsylvania, and Greg Knize of California. With his family and friends, Kenny was very outgoing. Mark was his closest friend; they did everything together from the time they woke up to the time they went to bed. Mark loves him and will always love him knowing that he is watching over his back. Kenny had a happy go lucky attitude and was loved by all. He had a passion for sports, especially basketball and baseball and he will be missed dearly by his teammates and classmates. He was a member of NHS and did his best whether it was on the court or in the classroom. He volunteered his time coaching youth sports. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, at the Madawaska High School Gymnasium. Friends and family may call at the Daigle Funeral Home from 3:30-5:30 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Monday, June 6, 2005 and noon until time of services on Tuesday, June 7, 2005. Internment will be in the St. David Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations to help defray funeral expenses would be appreciated.
