JUPITER, Fla. – Larry A. Hayden, 70, died May 25, 2005, at his home in Jupiter, Fla., after a long battle with cancer. Larry was born May 23, 1935, in Parkman, the son of Philip and Alice (Gilman) Hayden. He graduated from Piscataquis Community High School in 1953. Larry married Marilyn Nutting of Parkman, June 4, 1954. They moved to Swartz Creek, Mich., where Larry was employed by G.M. Truck Assembly for 32 years. Larry enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and spending the summer with his family in Maine. Surviving are his wife, Marilyn Hayden; son, Lynn Hayden; daughter, Sharon and husband, Scott Freund, of Jupiter, Dwight Nutting of Toledo, Ohio, Michael Hayden and wife, Marie, of Temple, Texas; three grandchildren, Aaron Verrett, Danielle and Christopher Hayden of Jupiter, Fla.; and sister, Linda Graham of Shirley. He was predeceased by his daughter, Deanna; his parents; and brother, Millard. Memorial services will be held 2 p.m. July 16, at the Hayden residence on Moosehead Lake.
