MARLBOROUGH, Conn. – Lawrence “Pete” K. Voisine died March 5, 2006, at Avant’e at St. Cloud Nursing Home, St. Cloud, Fla. He was born Oct. 28, 1926, at Eagle Lake, the son of Arthur K. Voisine and Elise Dumond. He was a longtime resident of Marlborough, Conn. Pete worked for Dunbar Transfer, Roger Herman Rigging and Christine Rigging. He was a member of New England Teamster’s Local No. 671, East Hartford, Conn. He is survived by a brother, Herman Voisine of East Hartford, Conn.; three sons, Gilman, Rodney and Douglas; four daughters, Barbara, Margaret, Jane and Jacqueline; 12 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. Pete was predeceased by his former wife, Geneva Corriveau Voisine; son, Raynold; and daughter, Diane. All services were private. Memorial services will be announced at a later date.
