ORLAND – Lawrence S. Wascholl Sr., 68, passed Sept. 30, 2007, in Bangor. Larry was a stone mason by trade; he has landmarks in Connecticut, Oregon, Florida and Maine. Larry is survived by his wife, Dianne; by his children, Lisa Wascholl of West Hartford, Conn.; twins, Larry Wascholl of Bucksport and Lora Wascholl of West Hartford, Conn.; and a stepson, Jason Christensen of Orland. He leaves behind his sisters, Dorthey and Lillian Wascholl and Agnes Caffyn; brothers, Robert and William Wascholl, 12 grandchildren, a great-grandson, many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. He was predeceased by Joseph and Freda Wascholl; and brothers, Stanley Jagielo, Arthur and Joseph Wascholl. A celebration of his life for family and friends will be held 4-8 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 3, at 314 Backridge Road, Orland.
