LOUISE M. (VALLEY) SACCO WINTHROP, Mass. and BANGOR – Louise M. (Valley) Sacco, 88, of Winthrop, Mass. and Bangor, passed away July 7, 2004, at the Governor Winthrop Nursing Home in Winthrop, Mass., after a brief illness. Mrs. Sacco was born in Boston, the daughter of the late Louis E. Valley and Elizabeth F. (Darragh) Valley. Mrs. Sacco graduated from St. Clement’s High School in Medford, Mass., in 1933. She was a communicant of St. John’s Parish in Bangor and St. John the Evangelist Parish in Winthrop, Mass. She was the wife of the late Louis Sacco and the cherished sister of Thomas J. Valley and his wife, Marie, of Bangor, Claire M. Powers and her husband, Joseph, and Francis J. Valley and his wife, Anne, both of Winthrop, Mass., her late twin sister, Rita Bolten. She is fondly remembered by 10 nieces and nephews including, Carol Eremita and her husband General Eremita of Stonington and Merritt Island, Fla.; 24 great-nieces and great-nephews; and four great-great-nieces. The funeral was held on Friday, July 9, at the O’Maley Funeral Home, in Winthrop, Mass., followed by a funeral Mass in the Church of St. John the Evangelist. The interment followed in Winthrop Cemetery.
