CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Lucas Morin Gingras, 25, formerly of Loganville, Ga., died Nov. 8, 2006, from an automobile accident. Lucas was a 1999 graduate from South Gwinnett High School and a 2005 graduate from the University of Florida. After graduation from college, he lived with his brother, David, in Alpharetta, Ga., until moving to Charlotte, N.C. Lucas was a very loving and caring person who will be deeply missed by all who knew him. He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Penny and David A. Dicus of Loganville, Ga.; father, Donald Gingras of Loganville, Ga.; brothers, David Terry of Alpharetta, Ga., Jesse Gingras of Loganville, Ga.; stepbrother, Todd Dicus of Hiram, Ga.; maternal grandmother, Doris Russell of Castine; paternal grandmother, Florence Gingras of Portland; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 11, at Wages Snellville Chapel with the Rev. Danny Odum officiating. Interment will be held at Eternal Hills Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends 6-9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
