BANGOR – Margaret Jeanette Wain, 75, died Jan. 4, 2007, at her home. She was born May 19, 1931, in Bangor, daughter of Harold A. and Helen (Hopkins) Crocker. Margaret was an avid Beano player. She very much enjoyed playing Beano with her friends. Surviving are her husband, Walter F. Wain of Bangor; one daughter, Peggy A. Berlucchi of Augusta, five grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren; one brother, Harold “Sonny” Crocker and his wife, Marilyn, of Holden; two sisters, Annette Scanlon of Bangor and Joanne Snarponis and her husband, George, of Las Vegas; nieces and nephews. Friends may call 6-8 p.m. Monday, Jan. 8, at Brookings-Smith, 133 Center St., Bangor, where funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday with Pastor James M.
