PRESQUE ISLE – Margaret D. Tuck, 94, died April 30, 2004, at a Presque Isle healthcare facility. She was born Nov. 19, 1909, in Upper Waterville, Hartland, New Brunswick, the daughter of Arthur and Eva (Jacques) DeGrass. Mrs. Tuck was educated in the Woodstock, New Brunswick school system. She worked for more than 40 years as a bookkeeper at the George W. Perry Insurance Co. in Presque Isle. She was a member of the Presque Isle Congregational Church, and was very active in the Onaway Club. She is survived by a son, Robert Cary; and a daughter-in-law, Joan of Radnor, Pa.; two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and one brother, Howard DeGrass of Presque Isle. She was predeceased by her husband, Patrick Tuck. A memorial service will be conducted 11 a.m. Thursday, May 6, at the Presque Isle Congregational Church, 29 Church St., Presque Isle, with the Rev. Robert Grove-Markwood officiating. Memorial donations may be made to the Church or to the charity of one’s choice. Arrangements are in the care of the Duncan-Graves Funeral Home.
