PATTEN – Marie Alexina Campbell, 95, died Oct. 3, 2004, at Patten. She was born Dec. 30, 1908, in Quebec, Canada, the daughter of Prudent and Lumina (Caron) Pinet. She is survived by three daughters, Margaret Palmer of Manchester, Norma Campbell of Patten, and Esther McHugh of Island Falls; a special grandson, Gary Campbell; and a special granddaughter, Kathy Howes; 19 other grandchildren, 40 great-grandchildren, and 15 great-great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Cyrus; two daughters, Geraldine and her husband, Paul Little, and Irene and her husband, Kenneth Lord; 9 brothers and sisters, Adrienne, Rose, Yvonne, Amelia, Rudolph, Blondin, Prudent, Laurier, Martial; and one baby son. Graveside funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Thursday, at the Patten Cemetery. In lieu of flowers those who wish may donate to St. Paul’s Catholic Church, Patten 04765.
