FALMOUTH – Marjorie D. (Tyler) Worcester, 64, passed away unexpectedly in the early morning of Oct. 1, 2004. She was born on Aug. 18, 1940, daughter of Harold and Lucy (Albee) Tyler of Columbia Falls. There she met her husband Kenneth Worcester and they were married on May 14, 1960, and together they raised two beautiful children. In 1977, Marjorie and her family moved out of Columbia Falls and have lived in Falmouth ever since. She was a Nurse at Seaside Nursing Home for many years and also worked at Maine Medical Center, and retired from Falmouth by the Sea. In her free time, Marjorie loved spending time with her grandchildren, as well as her trusty friend of seven years, her dog, Benson. Marjorie was predeceased by her parents. She is survived by her loving husband of 44 years, Kenneth Worcester of Falmouth; as well as a son, Kenneth Worcester Jr. of Falmouth; and a daughter, Kimberly Worcester-Kelley and her husband, Walter, of Portland. She is also survived by her brother, Harold Tyler of South Addison; a sister, Clara Donovan of Jonesport; and another sister, Letitia Tibbets of Machias. Marjorie will sadly be missed by her grandchildren, Patrick Kelley, Shane Kelley, and Samantha Kelley, as well as many nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 5, 2004, at Mailey Hill Cemetery, Station Road, Columbia, with the Rev. Joyce Ingrisano officiating. Family asks that flowers please be omitted. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Marjorie Worcester and sent to One Mayberry Lane, Yarmouth, ME 04096.
