CALAIS – Marjorie E. Johnston, 91, died Saturday, Nov. 27, 2004, at a Calais healthcare facility. She was born April 15, 1913, in St. Stephen, N.B., Canada, the daughter of John H. and Gertrude V. (Sharman) Johnston. She was predeceased by her parents, and a brother, Ethan Johnston. Marjorie is survived by many cousins. Through her many illnesses and troubles, she was comforted by a special friend, Pastor Bob Hinton. Family and friends may visit from 2-4 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 30, 2004, at Scott-Wilson Funeral Home, 26 Church St., Calais, where a funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 1, with Pastor Bob Hinton officiating. Burial will follow at the Calais Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Milltown Baptist Church, care of Pastor Bob Hinton, 70 Boardman St., Calais, ME 04619.
