PRINCETON – Martin L. Brown, 74, died Monday, Aug. 15, 2005, at a Bangor hospital. He was born in Princeton, Jan. 7, 1931, son of the late Martha Jamison and Wendell Brown. He was a member of the Maine National Guard. He always drove truck, worked in the woods and drove school bus. He enjoyed the company of his little dog, Yascha. He was predeceased by his daughter, Patricia Mitchell; son, Raymond Brown and brother, Gerard Jones. Surviving are his loving wife of 55 years, Genevieve Brown; son, Grover Brown and wife, Peta, of Princeton; son, Jerry Brown and wife, Jennie, of Princeton; daughter-in-law, Mary Brown of Fall River, Mass.; 14 grandchildren, 12 great-grand-children, three brothers, Bernard, Gordon and Dale Jones and their families, many nieces, nephews and friends. Graveside services will be announced at a later date.
