BANGOR – Mary B. “Detta” Powers, 73, wife of the late Douglas H. Powers, died Dec. 9, 2005, at a Brewer healthcare facility. She was born July 8, 1932, in Bangor, the daughter of Frank and Catherine (McCluskey) Mullens. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 10 a.m. Monday Dec. 12, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 754 Ohio St., Bangor. The family invites relatives and friend to share conversation and refreshments to the St. Mary’s Parish Hall following the service. Interment will be in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Bangor.
