BANGOR – Mary Ellen Kenney, 78, died peacefully Nov. 10, 2003, at her Bangor home. She was born in Bangor, April 15, 1925, the daughter of Michael and Mary (Lyons) Kenney. Mary Ellen graduated from John Bapst High School. She was a waitress at Perry’s on Main Street for many years. She was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church. Mary Ellen is survived by her sister, Rose S. Kenney of Bangor; a nephew, David Dupray of Bar Harbor; and a niece, Donna Dupray Page of Vermont. A private funeral will be held Wednesday Nov. 12, 2003 at Foley Funeral Service, 299 Union St., Bangor, with the Rev. Thomas Lequin, pastor of St. Mary’s Catholic Church officiating. Interment will be in Mt. Pleasant Catholic Cemetery.
