In 1995, they sold the family homestead in Machias to Rite Aid and moved Marshfield to retire. They were always there to lend their support and a helping hand, whenever and wherever they could. He leaves behind other relatives, but will especially missed by special friends, Olive Healey of Machias and Doralies (Sawyer) Bobrick of Jonesport. He was predeceased by his mother and father, Laura and Willis; three sisters, Violet Jordan, Freda Dill and Thelma Wood; as well as three brothers, Benny, Warren and Truman Wood.
