MOLUNKUS and MADAWASKA – Michael Egan, 46, died unexpectedly Dec. 15, 2005, in Madawaska. He was born Aug. 5, 1959, in Everett, Mass., the son of George F. and Lorraine (Trentini) Egan. Michael was a 1977 graduate of Pope John High School. He worked as a pipefitting tradesman and was a member of the pipefitter’s union of Massachusetts and Maine. He was a resident of Molunkus and of Northern Aroostook County in Maine, where he had been employed for the past 10 years. He is survived by two sisters, Kathleen D’Amico and her husband, Vincent, of New Hampshire, Theresa McDonald and her husband, Kevin, of Massachusetts; one niece, Molly McDonald; many aunts, uncles and cousins. Michael was predeceased by both his parents. A memorial service will be scheduled in the Molunkus area at a later date. Contributions may be made in his memory to St. Jude’s Hospital.
